    Creamy Garlic Penne

    Ingredients
      

    • 200 g Primo penne cooked al dente (soft but not overcooked)
    • 2 tbsp butter
    • 1 tsp dried thyme
    • 3 large garlic cloves minced
    • 1 cup fresh cream
    • 1 tbsp flour
    • 3 tbsp parmesan finely grated, plus extra for serving
    • Salt and pepper to taste

    Instructions
     

    • Melt butter in a large pan along with a bit of oil.
    • Add the garlic fry for a minute or two until the garlic is fragrant
    • Add the flour ,mix, then add a cup of boiling water or pasta water.
    • Pour in the cream and cheese and whisk until the cheese melts
    • Season with pepper and the thyme.
    • Taste for salt and add if necessary.
    • Add the cooked pasta. Simmer for a few minutes until the sauce is thick
    • Serve with the extra grated parmesan
