
Lemon Chicken Pasta
Ingredients
- 200 grams Primo Fusilli cooked
- 2 chicken breast cut in half
- 1 chicken stock
- 1 cup fresh cream
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 tbsp parmesan
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley
- Juice and zest from 1 lemon
Instructions
- Season the chicken with your favourite spices.
- In a large pan, fry the chicken for 3-4 minutes on each side then set aside
- Add butter and garlic. Stir for a minute or two until the garlic is fragrant.
- Pour in the cream, chicken stock, lemon zest, lemon juice and cheese.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Simmer for a few minutes until the sauce becomes thick then mix in the pasta.
- Serve with the chicken breast and a garnish with fresh parsley
