
One-Pot Bacon Cheeseburger Fusilli
Ingredients
- 8 bacon strips chopped
- 400 g Mince meat
- 1/2 large onion chopped
- 350 g Primo Fusilli
- 4 cups chicken stock
- 4 large tomatoes diced
- 1 tbps tomato
- 1/2 tbsp wholegrain mustard
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- Salt & Pepper taste
- 1 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- Red yellow and green peppers, chopped
Instructions
- In a pan, cook bacon over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until crisp, 6-8 minutes. Remove with a slotted spoon; drain on paper towels.
- 2. In the same pot, cook the mince and onion over medium heat until meat is no longer pink
- Add the tomatoes and tomato pasta then allow to cook
- Add chicken stock and mustard along with the pasta and stir.
- Cover and let it cook until pasta is soft
- Stir in the cheese, peppers and bacon. Cook until cheese is melted.
- Serve
